Terms of Service

Free Love is for adults 18 and older. You confirm you are at least 18, that the information you provide is truthful, and that you are the person in your photos.

We do not require a purchase to receive Introductions, review interest, set preferences, form Connections, message, or make a plan. Optional patronage does not buy profile status, reach, ranking, placement, or dating features.

Be a real, respectful person. You agree not to: harass, threaten, or abuse anyone; impersonate others or post fake or misleading profiles; solicit money or funnel matches to paid content or external sites; post illegal, hateful, or sexually exploitative content; share content involving minors; spam; or attempt to break, scrape, or misuse the service. Repeated promo funneling or abuse leads to strikes and removal.

You keep ownership of the photos and text you post. You give us a limited license to host and display that content to operate Free Love. You are responsible for what you share, and you confirm you have the right to share it.

Free Love may offer optional, editable message drafts based on profile details and the conversation. Suggestions can be incomplete or wrong. Review every draft before sending it; nothing is sent automatically, and you remain responsible for the message you choose to send.

We enforce an 18+ birthdate gate and review profile photos before a new profile becomes visible. We do not independently verify identity or age, conduct background or criminal checks, or guarantee anyone's identity or conduct. You are responsible for your own safety. Meet in public, tell a friend, and trust your instincts. Report anyone who makes you uncomfortable — reporting blocks them both ways and ends any connection. If you are in danger, contact local emergency services.

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms or put members at risk, including through our reporting and strike systems. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

Free Love is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the conduct of any member, online or in person. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use Free Love means you accept the update.
